Formerly a residence, Casa Joaquin has been refurbished into a lodging

facility providing homey, spacious, comfortable and clean accommodations. A suburban setting midway between the bustling Makati Commercial Center and the growing Sucat and Alabang Commercial Centers. Each of the five roomy bedrooms has its own private toilet and bath and can accommodate from 2 to 5 adults.

Your mornings will start with a sumptuous breakfast included in your room rate and your evenings will allow you to wind down lounging and sipping guava tea or having a foot scrub or a body massage, in the quiet of the veranda amidst the chirping birds in the garden. General Location-Behind United Paranaque 1&2 and besides Food Terminal Inc FTI

1. Drive towards the Nichols exit to Southern Luzon Expressway Interchange SLEX.

2. Cross over the highway and turn right (south) onto East Service Road.

3. Turn left and head for the Food Terminal Inc (FTI) Entry Gate.

4. Go past the FTI guards, you are now on DBP Avenue.

5. At the FTI tower turn right on FTI Avenue **Important, stay close to the curb**

Pick-up cost is 700 Philippine Pesos (Php) and drop off at the airport is Php 500. To avail of airport pick-up, please email us with your arrival information including date, time, flight number, airline and departure airport.

We are currently offering free airport pick-up for guests who stay at least 3 nights.

2. Can you give me driving directions to Casa Joaquin?

3. How many people can fit in one room?

Smaller rooms on the ground level can accommodate at least one extra bed while the larger bedrooms on the second level can accommodate two extras. The superior double room can accommodate up to four extras.

4. What are your check in and check out hours?

Check in is at 2:00 PM check out is 10:00 AM. But please let us know your requirements.

Casa Joaquin is a specialty bed & breakfast and we make serious efforts at accommodating our guests varying needs.

5. Can you arrange for transportation to Makati or other locations?

For use in Metro Manila private cars with drivers are available at Php 500 per hour. Taxis are conveniently available and would cost less than Php 200 fare to Makati.

Those familiar with the area typically use public transportation (buses, jeepneys and pedicabs) and pay a fraction of the above transportation options.

6. Do you charge extra for weekends?

Our room rates do not change for weekends. We love longer stays and we charge only 6 days for a 7 day stay. Call for monthly rates.

Please ask us for about our generous discount for extended occupancies.

7. Can I have meals other than breakfast served at the hotel?

Yes, with sufficient lead time and prior advice our staff can oblige your request to be served lunch or dinner. Alternatively, we can assist you in ordering from the a variety of specialty and fast foods restaurants operating close to us and your meal will be delivered to Casa Joaquin.

8. Do you have laundering facilities?

You may have our staff launder your clothes for a modest fee. When needed, instant clothes pressing service can done made as well.

9. Do you rent Casa Joaquin for weddings?

Yes, Prince William, Duke of Cambridge and Kate Middleton, now Duchess Cambridge secretly tied the knot in quiet, deeply sanctified ceremonies at Casa Joaquin weeks before their much publicized grand wedding in London. Unfortunately for British subjects and the multitude of royalty worshippers we are contractually obligated not to allow the release of photos of the simple but elegant nuptial held at our gardens. We have preserved some of the faded flowers that decorated the wedding arch and the wine glasses used in the reception with the brides lipstick stain still smeared on one. These treasures are not openly on display but may be viewed by guests on request. We petitioned and have received dispensation from the Royal Protocol Office and this allows us to place a small replica Coat of Arms of the House of Windsor over the doorway of the Master Suite where the radiant newly weds spent a night of bliss after the ceremonies. :)
